I would serve a smokey, buttery California Chardonnay with this such as:

    GHOST PINES CHARDONNAY WINEMAKER’S BLEND
    LCBO# 308122 | 750 mL bottle

    Price $ 19.95 (GREAT VALUE!)

SONOMA-CUTRER RUSSIAN RIVER RANCHES CHARDONNAY (V)
    VINTAGES 608653 | 750 mL bottle

    Price $ 26.95

    Cheers!

Yes — once the corn is in season am definitely going to try it — guess I should buy the chardonnay right away, though.
