We welcome the Waterdown Clinic of Naturopathic Medicine and celebrate it’s 3rd year with us. As collaborators to our initial show in 2010, WCNM has grown to offer more services, counseling, education and treatments.
The Waterdown Clinic of Naturopathic Medicine has was established in 2002. Providing a soothing environment for their patients is the hallmark of your healing experience with us. Friendly faces, a warm cup of tea and professionals who are dedicated to helping you make your journey to health a positive one. Their commitment to you is whole body health.
At the Waterdown Clinic they are committed to the very fundamentals of Natural Medicine. They work with you on all aspects of your life to support you on your path to lasting change. Their goal is to address immediate concerns without losing sight of underlying patterns and the greater health care picture.
Their approach in gaining a sound understanding of your concerns is to listen and to care. We take being part of your healthcare team very seriously. Working to improve or maintain your health can require different support at different times in your lives. Each of the members of their healthcare team will work with you to re-establish balance, stimulate natural healing processes and nourish weakened systems.
They are also committed to education in the form of seminars, workshops, corporate events, and cooking classes to support the journey towards a balanced lifestyle.

Important to all of the team at the Waterdown Clinic is to ensure that keeping your lifestyle needs are affordable. Often, we look at getting healthy as an expensive endeavour – buying supplements, organic produce etc often comes with a higher price tag – but simple changes in your lifestyle can help offset any changes to your needs such as home gardening. Dr. Teri Jaklin offers this video to talk about how planting a garden can offer you so many good nutrients. Our growing season is longer than you think and you don’t need a large garden to provide important items for your family. Try thinking of planter boxes for a balcony of an apartment, use an old shoe hanger; how about a simple bookshelf – it’s dividers offer a great way to keep
your plants in order!
